THE CHALLENGE

Reaching Students Across Multiple High-Value Technology Programs

Forsche operates in a highly specialized education category.

Rather than promoting a single generic course, the campaign needed to generate demand for several different technology programs, including:

AI & Robotics→AI & ML→ROS→Data Science→Diploma Programs

Each program addresses a different learning and career intent.

The Marketing Challenge Was Therefore Not Simply Generating Website Traffic. It Was To:

  • Reach relevant prospective students
  • Generate course enquiries
  • Promote individual programs
  • Maintain lead generation at controlled costs
  • Capture demand across different AI/tech interests
  • Use Meta for audience-driven lead generation
  • Use Google for users actively searching for relevant programs
CAMPAIGN OBJECTIVES

Primary & Supporting Goals

Primary Objective: Generate qualified course enquiries through paid digital campaigns.

01

Lead Generation

Generate enquiries for diploma and technology programs.

02

Program-Level Demand

Promote specific programs rather than relying on one generic campaign.

03

Audience Expansion

Use Meta to reach potential students beyond existing search demand.

04

Search Intent Capture

Use Google Ads to capture users actively searching for AI, ML, Robotics, ROS and Data Science programs.

05

Campaign Optimization

Monitor CPL, CPC, clicks and lead volume to identify campaign opportunities.

THE STRATEGY

Two Platforms. Two Different Intent Levels.

The campaign used Meta Ads and Google Ads for different stages of the student journey.

META ADS

Awareness → Interest → Enquiry

Meta was used primarily for lead generation and audience discovery. Campaigns focused on Diploma programs and short-term/high-intent program segments.

GOOGLE ADS

Search Intent → Website Visit → Conversion

Google Ads focused on specific technology categories:

AI & RoboticsAI & Machine LearningROSAI & Data ScienceDiploma programs

This created a two-channel acquisition system: Meta created demand and generated enquiries. Google captured users already searching for relevant programs.

GOOGLE ADS — SEARCH STRATEGY

Structured Category Campaigns

Google Ads was structured around specific technical education categories. This structure allowed the campaigns to separate different search themes rather than placing all technology programs into one campaign.

Technical Challenge & Microsoft Clarity Recovery

This is an important part of the case study because the campaign report documents a real technical issue.
During the second campaign phase, domain changes caused Google Ads conversion tracking to stop firing for approximately two weeks. Because of this, some leads generated during the affected period were manually identified using Microsoft Clarity tracking data.

The Report Specifically Documents Leads Such As:

ROS — Download Brochure
AI & Robotics — Landing Page Call
AI & Robotics — Landing Page Form
AI & ML — Landing Page Form

Why this matters: The case study should not present the Google conversion count as a complete representation of actual leads during the entire period. Instead: Google Ads generated measurable conversions, while additional leads during the tracking interruption were manually identified through Microsoft Clarity. This is much more credible than simply publishing the platform conversion number.

BEFORE → AFTER

Transforming Technology Education Demand

BEFORE

Forsche had multiple technology programs competing for attention:

AI & RoboticsAI & MLROSData ScienceDiploma Programs

Each category addresses a different student intent.

AFTER

The paid acquisition structure separated demand into program-specific campaigns across Meta and Google.

Meta: Audience discovery → Lead generation

Google: Search intent → Website visit → Conversion

Result: 537 Meta leads + 538 Google clicks from the supplied campaign period.
PROGRAM-LEVEL CAMPAIGN STRUCTURE

Mapping Student Interest to Campaigns

The campaign wasn't built around one generic education message. Instead, the advertising system mapped campaigns to specific technology interests.

Student InterestPaid Campaign
AI + RoboticsAI & Robotics
Machine LearningAI & ML
Robot Operating SystemROS
Data ScienceAI & Data Science
Broader Diploma IntentDiploma Program
Short-Term LearningShort Term Program

This gave the paid media strategy a more granular structure around course-level intent.

WHAT DROVE THE CAMPAIGN

Key Campaign Pillars

01

Program-Level Segmentation

Rather than treating AI education as one broad category, campaigns were separated around specific technologies and programs.

02

Dual-Platform Acquisition

Meta and Google served different acquisition roles. Meta: reach and lead generation. Google: capture of active search intent.

03

Continued Campaign Optimization

Campaigns were adjusted over time, including the transition from several June–July Meta campaigns to the more focused N Diploma + High Intent Diploma structure in August.

04

High-Intent Program Focus

The later Meta campaign explicitly introduced a High Intent Diploma segment, while Google campaigns remained divided by technical subject.

05

Measurement Recovery

When domain changes disrupted Google conversion tracking, Microsoft Clarity was used to manually identify additional lead activity rather than ignoring the missing data.

BUSINESS IMPACT

These results demonstrate measurable paid-media activity across Forsche's core technology education programs.

However, the supplied reports do not contain downstream admissions, enrolments, revenue, or cost-per-enrolment data. Therefore, we should not claim that the campaigns generated a particular number of admissions or revenue until Forsche provides that data.

CURRENT FORSCHE POSITIONING

Connecting Campaigns to Product Proposition

Forsche currently positions itself around practical, career-focused technology education, with AI and Robotics as a central category. Its website highlights an NVIDIA Isaac Sim Lab, hands-on projects, expert mentorship and career support.

Its AI & Robotics program includes areas such as:

AI fundamentals
Python
Machine Learning
ROS
Robotics
Computer vision
Autonomous systems
Advanced robotics projects

The Diploma page also describes a 48-week program with 12 training phases and live industry projects.

This gives the paid campaigns a strong product-level structure: different ads can lead users toward specific technology learning paths rather than one generic training proposition.

CASE STUDY HIGHLIGHT

From Course Promotion to Program-Level Lead Generation

Forsche wasn't marketing a single product.

It had multiple technology pathways — from AI & Robotics to ROS, Machine Learning and Data Science.

Rankraze structured paid campaigns around those individual program interests, combining Meta's audience-driven lead generation with Google's intent-driven search traffic.

FINAL RESULT

Building a Paid Acquisition Foundation for Forsche's Technology Programs

Through structured Meta and Google campaigns, Rankraze helped create measurable demand-generation activity for Forsche's diploma and specialized technology programs.

The supplied campaign reports record: 537 Meta leads, 538 Google Ads clicks and ₹109,213.63 in combined reported ad spend across the analyzed campaign periods.

The next stage of measurement should connect these paid-media results with qualified leads, counselling calls, admissions and enrolment revenue to establish the complete business impact.
